Hosted by four-time New York Times bestselling author Kelly Corrigan, the show dives deep into each guest’s journey to highlight how their experiences can help audiences better understand themselves and their communities. Encompassing themes of self-perception, justice, optimism and activism through approaches ranging from culinary arts to poetry, each guest shares a valuable lesson based on their realities.

In addition to the conversation Kelly has with each guest, she features a “Plus One” segment.
